Standard legs with the galvanized throttle system have been labeled as freshwater usage due to the ferrous metal corrosion that could happen with heavy salt water use if not lubricated properly. All upgraded systems can be used in either environments.

You choose the power to complete the engine system. These are the best options on the market. These come with commercial, not residential-grade clutches. Honda builds multiple versions of each series, so do your homework if you plan on purchasing your engine separately.
