Solid Horizontal Cavitation Plate
The cavitation plate has been thickened and is now horizontal to the plane of the output shaft. More bite allows for a clean torque curve.
Gearbox CNC Connection
The connection from the drive tube and gearbox has been CNC cut to allow for full system maintenance and RTV is no longer needed externally.
O-ringed Fill and drain Plugs
A gearbox drain has been added along with o-ringed entry and exit points on the drive foot.
Shorter Driveline
Driveline has been shortened a few inches to increase RPM torque, which allows for a more consistent throttle. The powerhead sits lower to transom mount keeping the center lower to the waterline.
Solid Tiller Arm Adjuster
The original tiller handle clamp has been brought back to give more positive feedback on the tiller and extension.
Drive Tube Protective Cover
Drive tube cover, stainless clutch housing bearing, and stainless props are still options.
